In my recent TV interview with Zërijeta Jajaga for her show @Open I was asked:

Why would people not want to invest in the greatest asset -you? What is it that holds people back to have a coach or a mentor? What can coaches do for you?

There are many reasons why people may not use a coach. Some to mention are having lack of financial resources, not having personal development high on their highest values, time rstrictions, and in many cases simply not knowing what a great life coach can do for them.

I went on to explain to her audience that a Life Coach is someone who through powerful questioning is ale to be the mirror the client needs to reflect back at themselves the clarity, certainty, and credibility needed to make better life choices, decisions, and create the healthy habits designed to create their dream life.

Throughout centuries the greatest rulers of all times used trusted advisers to help them direct their kingdom and win wars. In the recent real life coaching Hollywood and Los Angeles Award Winning documentary “Living My Illusion,” that I co-created with my elite coaching clients Joel and Timea Van der Molen, it highlights how having a coach it is not a new age thing. In contrary, it is the advisory services of the great philosopher Aristotle that helped the world-conqueror Alexander the Great win battles and conquer new lands.

In 27 years I went from living homeless on the streets of London feeling depressed, anxious, lost, lonely, and rejected to climbing the corporate ladder, running multimillion/billion IT programs, being made redundant, and becoming successful entrepreneur, coach, author, and speaker who grew his business so dramatically it’s still hard to believe sometimes.

Most people use gratitude for the things they have, in my experience to embrace the wholeness of life and be in sync with the laws of nature, it is essential to say thank you and I love you to both, the things we have and the things we don’t.
3. Create win-win joint ventures with people who believe in you, in your work, vision, and prefereably are already your clients who are doing your work. It is this that helped me create trustworthy joint ventures and partnerships with many of my clients from various sectors, markets, and industries.

For many people out there 2016 has been a turbulent year full of uncertainty, fear, and unexpected events that equally shocked and awakened humanity in profound ways.

Throughout history we have had similar events that brought about all of the good and bad things we today love or like to criticise.

The truth is all that we observe in life is the creation of our collective consciousness, but our human awareness barely recognizes this. We have become blinded to the existence of a higher order, the intelligence that governs all life, the equilibrium that already is in place, and our individual contribution.

It is precisely this vail that I observe in many of my clients who seek my help to accelerate their human and business potential.

Our brain is always balanced but our human awareness is blinded by our skewed perceptions and limiting beliefs. It is this that stops many people from creating the life they truly want and dream about.

All of the successful people that I have studied, been mentored by, and have come across know this. They all had mentors, coaches, and a great plan that they followed in order to achieve unprecedented success they now enjoy.

It is this same choice that I made back in 2010 that helped me accelerate my growth and create a very successful global coaching, training, speaking, and consulting business that I now love.

We hear it all the time, been told by our parents, society, friends, etc that succeeding at anything you need to work hard and it takes a lot of time to achieve the results we want.

Over the period of time they become our beliefs that subconsciously create the reality we so desperately want to change.

It is this kind of outdated beliefs that are running programs in your subconscious mind that sabotage your success. Many of you fall in the same trap that your parents, friends, and other people around you might be caught.

What coaching did for me and can do for you is to help you change this, to bring to your conscious awareness your beliefs that sabotage everything you may be working hard to create.

To help you accelerate your success it is essential to work with someone who can be a clean mirror and a fine tuned ear that picks up traces of injected values and beliefs that may be incapacitating your inborn abilities to succeed.

Up to 2010 I used to work very long hours to make ends meet. Like most people around me I felt frustrated, fearful of what future has on hold for me, and lacked the direction my life was going to take.

What happened in the last six years forever changed the way I perceive and create my reality. Instead of working hard for the things I wanted to achieve in my life, I now live daily with new empowering beliefs that support me to work smarter. I now help people do the same so just like me they too are also able to create conscious quantum jumps that pitch into existence the things they truly want.

Here are the five vital steps I use daily, teach my clients, and you too can adopt to accelerate your human potential and help you focus, plan, and create your desired outcomes in 2017.

Step 1: Clarify what Success means to You

One of the major problems that most of my clients face is the lack of clarity behind the success they are seeking. Before you go to step two, take pen and paper and write down how your life will change when you achieve the success you are seeking. For instance if you want more money, write down what will you do once you had money, what meaning will those experiences have for you.

Step 2: Create a Detailed Plan

A plan is like a road map that shows you where you are now and the best route to use to get to where you want to be. Being a student of wisdom I love learning from Dr John Demartini. In one of his seminars I heard him say “Those who fail to plan, plan to fail”. It is this that inspired me to create my Vital Planning for Elevated Living document that helped me accelerate my success and has now become very popular coaching program that clients from all professional backgrounds use to plan their purpose driven life.

Don’t just think “I have a plan in my head”, the truth is you won’t remember all the little twists and turns along the road…write it down in black and white and in as much detail as you can. Each and every day, do at least one thing that will advance your progress toward the outcomes you want to achieve in 2017 and beyond.

Step 3: Invest in Your Continues Learning

My grandfather used to say to me, the water that does not flow becomes polluted. Similarly, if you are not continuously learning, your knowledge becomes outdated and toxic for your body-mind and heart. Learn everything you can about what inspires you, invest in you by working with an expert to help you advance your learning. Knowledge is power. Surround yourself with people that achieved the success you are seeking, and find ways to serve people who are seeking the knowledge and the success you already have achieved.
Step 4: Find a Great Role Model, Coach or a Mentor

If you start to associate with someone who has succeeded in the field you are pursuing, associate yourself as closely as you can with that person. Get them to be your mentor, coach, or find ways to be of service to them. First-hand knowledge is more valuable than any other kind. Successful people have already made mistakes and they can help you avoid some pitfalls. They can open doors for you that would remain firmly closed without their help.

The truth is, the more you learn about yourself, the more you can organize this information in ways that you can easily access when you need it. The more you invest in your personal and business development, the faster you will grow. Step 5: Take Action and Apply What You Learn

I come across so many amazing people who have spent years of learning that are struggling in their life. The only thing that stops them is not having the clarity required in order for them to apply what they know and take the appropriate action to achieve the success they want. Make sure you use the knowledge that you gain from your coach, mentor, seminars you attend or from doing your own research and put it into action now.

The overnight success people observe in me happened because I chose daily to not take “no” for an answer. When I get knocked down…I tell yourself to get up. When a door closes…I find ways to crawl through a window. If you too did what successful people do, you too one day end up becoming an overnight success in the eyes of those who did not take action during the time you kept trying.

If you find yourself stuck in situations that stress you out or make you frustrated, take action now and make 2017 the year you accelerate your success. If you have procrastinated about stuff for months or even years – perhaps being more confident, address mental or emotional issues, getting fit, starting your own business or finding a loving partner – why not make 2017 the year you really go for it!

Since a very young age I was extremely curious to know more about what makes some people extremely successful, legendary and iconic. Why is it that the majority of people in the world, the 99% per-centers cannot have what the so called 1% per-centers already had and continue to have?

Back then little I knew that one day I will have the opportunity to meet someone who is a Billionaire and find out from them what is it they think, belief and do to create an unprecedented success.

If like me, you were born to a middle class working family, you may have heard so many different beliefs about money and wealthy people. The ones that stayed with me for very long times were “money is root cause of all evil, no matter what you do, you will never be rich, money does not grow in trees, and you have to work very hard to make money.” These are only just few that I listed, in the actual fact, I could write an entire book about the many beliefs I was taught from a very young age by family members, at school, friends, religious scholars and in the environment I grew up in.

When we were growing up, many of us knew very little about the power our beliefs have in creating the reality in which we live in. By the time we start to work and earn our living we have already created many powerful beliefs about what money is or is not.

I remember back in 2009 when I was made redundant my capacity to earn money was limited by my own beliefs about how much I could earn and the injected values of others. Back then this limit was set to a maximum of £120 k for someone like me who had graduated from UCL, one of the top four universities in UK, had twelve years of experience, and was capable of running and managing multi-million-billion pounds of IT budgets and programs.

It is during this time that I experienced an epiphany that made me write down two hundred beliefs I had about money. What came out was shocking, when I questioned the validity of each of the beliefs I so strongly held dear to my heart, I realized none of them had any truth behind.

A weight was lifted off, now I was free to think bigger and truly pursue my hearts calling to help people globally heal, accelerate their human potential, and give them tool to help them become leaders of their lives. What I noticed was that the more people I started to serve, the more money I was attracting and all I had to do is find ways to reach out to more people.

This lead me to writing two books A Path to Wisdom and newly published book #Loneliness, which within months became number one best-selling and award-winning books. I started to receive e-mails and client requests from people from all around the world. Suddenly, my capacity to earn doubled and with time it tripled and quadrupled.

Somehow everything I did up to now put me on a path to meet few Billionaires that became personal friends, teachers and later on my clients. It was my dream since a very young child to unravel the secrets that the 1% have and share them with a wider audience so that I can help more people be more successful and lead prosperous lives.

I replaced my old beliefs with new ones and in the process I started to attract people and opportunities never thought possible before. I realized that to live eternally in people’s hearts, minds and thoughts is to illuminate my being so that where ever I go I leave behind a fragrance of love that people can breathe into their hearts.

The boundaries we are taught to put with the outer world are our Ego’s attempt to dim the infinite light radiating from our grateful heart. The light required to put the key on a lock that opens up the safety box of a universal bank account that enables you to create and withdraw infinite amount of wealth.

This is the moment I realized the power that Gratitude, Love and serving more people authentically are the key factors in attaining perfect health, wealth and happiness into our life. When we come from a place of sincere gratitude our energy is one of acceptance, empathy and harmony that brings about the greatest miracles and the right people that we can be of service.

We are a product of an intelligent design, yet we are constantly reminded that we are not. Purifying our inner world from the lifelong conditioning, one-sided perceptions, and limiting beliefs that pollute our true essence is what can help us move towards crowd nurtured world peace and the next stages in our evolution

The See-Through Coach

There comes a moment in our lives where no matter what we do, we don’t seem to see an end to our troubles. We end up feeling emotional, down, and hopeless. We lose faith in our abilities, we start to ride a never ending emotional rollercoaster, and we end up feeling vulnerable to the external stimulants that have the power to create an emotional storm.

When this happens, just like the many of the clients I see daily, many of you too end up closing down, withdrawing, and pushing away the people who may be there in your reality to help you grow. It is during this time that you can understand better the reasons you feel that way and get the clarity required for you to go from feeling hopeless to being inspired and stepping into your greatness.

It is rather strange, that it is also in such moments that we stumble across people who feel amazing, are successful, and are living inspired lives. They radiate confidence, kindness, and have a very smart appeal that deep down within ourselves we tend to resent them for and equally find them irresistibly attractive.

They tend to be funny, loving, trustworthy and most of all passionate in what they do. If you make a choice you too can change the destination called hopelessness. No, this is not a blog post to tell you all about somebody who has high self-worth, self-esteem, or self-confidence so that you feel even worse about yourself.

This is not a post to talk about how everything in other people’s life is going perfectly and so can everything in your life. Also, this is not a post that is going to tell you that the world is actually less complicated, less difficult and less challenging than it actually is. This is a post to awaken you, to remind you that no matter what you are going through in your life, you have a voice. And you are important.

Whilst the world may not be perfect and you may feel hopeless at times, one important thing to remember is that you are not alone and things will get better… but you have to use your reasoning, your choice, and your voice.

Recently I delivered a speech at The Inspired Stage on the value of the instrument you all play-your voice. Your voice is your own. It is your own personal projection of the way you are inside. It is the voice of your opinions, of your thoughts, of your emotions.

It is the way in which you inform and communicate to the world about your aspirations, the struggles, the achievements, the good things and the bad things you go through. By using your voice, you are able to express yourself to the world in a way that only you can do.

My talk with the audience at The Inspired Stage was about the importance of using our voice by first telling the audience that I know what it is like to be a refugee, depressed, and homeless. I know the deep, dark despair found in the Syrian refugees that are being uprooted from their homes is the feeling of homeless, hopeless, and fearful.

Once I was a person who thought of me as kind, smart, funny and loving, I slipped into a depression, helplessness, and my self made inner prison during the times when after the civil war in former Yugoslavia broke out, I ended up homeless in the streets of London.

The fact that I was only 19, alone with no family, friends or roof over my head I went through very severe bullying as a refugee and someone who sought safe haven in UK from the atrocities of civil war.

I became very depressed and very suicidal and actually attempted suicide as back then I thought there was nothing more to lose.

While I was in the lowest point of my life, I also began to question myself and my identity. I began to question why I am here, how come many of my comrades died and I survived, and what is it I can do to take back the direction my life was going. I questioned everything about my life, my ability to speak, to be happy, be great and even to live a purposeful life.

But I know I was rescued by the many people that fortune put on my path. It is in their kindness, compassion, and love that I found the strength to overcome the post war depression, the fears from living my life in a limbo, and from not knowing if I will ever see my family again.

Despite feeling hopeless, despite feeling as if I was not valuable, worthy, and despite feeling like I didn’t want to live on this planet anymore, deep down I felt a connection with something greater than I have ever experienced before. It is this inner voice that spoke up to me, it is the love that many people showered me with that became the light that started to shine my path from the darkness that had enveloped my heart.

I knew then I had to listen to my inner voice and the many people that God put on my path or I would end up losing the life that I was born to live. The point here is that I was not strong enough to use my voice, so the many people who fortune put on my path became my voice that slowly started to take me into hope, gratitude, and access my greatness.

I was strong enough to tell few of the people I had developed trusts of my suicidal thoughts, but I was not strong enough to ask for help outright. By making the choice to listen to this inner voice, I saved my life.

If you are someone going through feeling hopeless, acknowledge within yourself the voice that knows that no matter what you are going through, you have a voice and you are important. You too can connect to your authentic voice, listen to your cry for help that can help you prevent from potentially feeling overwhelmed, depressed, and in the worst case scenario commit suicide.

Thus, the importance of using your voice, have coach, or a mentor to help you through this journey is priceless. It could save your life or even the life of a friend. We have all heard it before the saying “There is a light at the end of that tunnel.” The truth is that back then, at the age of twenty, with no family, no income, and no friends my tunnel was black, and so was the many people I came across on my frequent trips to the Home Office in Croydon.

Remember, no matter what you are going through in your life, you are a voice, an authentic being, and you are important. Use your voice. It is the only thing that is uniquely yours that can help you communicate the greatness that lives in every cell of your body. It could save your life. It could save the life of a friend, and it could save your relationship too. Either way, when you’re feeling helpless you need to listen to your voice and the ALARMs that your body is sending you and make sure you communicate them to someone. That is the only way anybody will ever know you need help, that you need support. It’s okay to need that, it’s not okay to not voice your need.

To unleash your greatness be ready to act on those emotions that can put you in the prison of your creation and do what the greatest achievers do in order to rise to be the best in world in their work and personal lives.

It’s summertime in London, where ever you go you see trees, flowers, and bushes in full bloom. The leaves protect you from the hot summer sun. The warm breezes flow to cool you down from the heat radiating back at you from the heated concreate pathways, buildings, and other objects that easily store suns energy.

We are born great, yet we are taught otherwise. It is this thought that has occupied my mind from an early age that lead me to pursue a life time of learning, studying many life disciplines, and seeking great teachers that helped me in my journey to understand how to unleash the greatness in me, the infinite wisdom that deep down my heart knew I had, and live a meaningful life.

This journey of seeking the truth led me to travel the world and seek opportunities, possibilities, and people who were on a similar journey to not unleash their own greatness, but also to travel the world and teach others the love and the wisdom that is built in each and every one of us.

I know there are many teachers, prophets, and studies that have been around for years but one man that truly helped me integrate the work that started at a very young age is Dr John Demartini.

Following a talk that Dr Demartini held in London I felt that this man was speaking all that I knew, as if he had gone inside my brain and was able to articulate everything that I then did find it very hard to do.

I attended his Breakthrough Experience where I truly let go of the illusion that I held for many years. The story about my relationship with my mother that kept me imprisoned and deny myself the permission to be, shine, and pursue my dreams.

The shift I experienced was amazing, I was fortunate enough to have John as my surrogate during the collapse process, the room disappeared, and all I could see is my mum and me embodied by pure love. Once again applying the wisdom John shares in his bestselling book “How to Make a Hell of a Profit and Still Go to Heaven” got me to see the magic that unleashes when we honour universal truths.

The Prophecy Experience in Johannesburg helped me witness the pure mastery born of an adult lifetime of learning, practice, and gorgeously expressing itself.

His commitment to his work, monomaniacal focus, study, and sacrifice allowed him to produce teachings that quenched my souls yearning for wisdom, truth, and unleashing the greatness I knew I had since I was a five year child. Each of the seven days John took us through in-depth study of each of the seven areas of life: Business, Mental, Emotional, Physical, Spiritual, Financial, and Relationship.

At the end of seven days intensive work, I felt my already thirty years of study were just given a full upgrade that was needed to go globally and share my work and wisdom to inspire others to embrace their greatness, truth, and love.

So what did John teach me that created immense impact, achievement, and inspired me to go global and have a greater impact?

….It was the 5 Attitudes of Unleashing Your Inner Genius that I am about to share with you all

#1. Do The Work, Walk the Talk.

I do not come often people who sleep on average five hours a day, do a lot of research, and love what they do. John is not seeking fame, fortune, glory, or happiness. He is in pursue of universal truth and teaches how “Balance” just isn’t the game of most people playing at legendary performance. Their lives are all about their craft. It’s their true love, their greatest passion and their central mission. And because of this, they overcome the impatience, self-doubt, fear of stumbling and attraction to distraction that causes most of us to give up prior to genius showing up.

#2. Perfect Your Processes.

Observing John for real, watching all of his videos, and reading his books helped me get that elite performance that takes years of deep training. John sees himself as apprentice, learning the skill (often at the feet of a master) step by step, day by day until he perfects the process and then he goes on and teaches it. He just like me was committed to his education and overcome life adversities in pursue of universal truths. He has ritualized the discipline and now teaches is to those who are called to be more. Spending time with John, sharing few breakfast meetings got me to understand how greatness takes time to master, and I felt inspired to continue to write, learn, and teach all that I have learnt to my clients (Darwin had the devotion to study barnacles for 8 years as part of forging his scientific understanding).

#3. The Courageousness of Originality Is Living Your Dream.

John is no different to me, or you. Like many great teachers out there, he too went through a series of phases. He started as a beginner (every pro was once an amateur). In this period, watch the masters and copy their moves. With focus, grit and practice you too can reach the next part: technical brilliance. Attendees of Prophecy were delighted by John’s proficiency, so was I. As he continued with his teachings, he reached the final stage where he now globally teaches what he has learned. This is where world-class skill meets serious heart. I saw how John has the guts to express his own voice. Do his own thing. Misbehave in ways no one has ever seen or has the courage to do, his natural wit, charm, and love for his work left me feeling inspired to be even more authentic in my teachings, writings and in showing my own greatness. #4. Access Your Inner Genius

You are born great, you know that it’s you inner play that prevents you from winning the game of your life. What I mean by this observation is that that being a genius is less about natural gifts than internal character. The titans of all time are not the smartest nor the most talented, the best of the best are those with the character traits that allow them to stick to the vision, transcend insecurity, endure the pain of intense practice and ignore the envious ridicule of their critics. It is what John, I and many of you must do to pursue your greatness, honour your life mission, and live purposeful. #4. Don’t accept mediocrity, always pursue perfection in all what you do.

#10. Have the discipline to clean out all the energy-draining people in your life. Sometimes this may include the very same people we love most-our family members, friends and people we may date. You really do rise or fall to the level of your associations.

#11. Doing huge dreams we have never done can be frightening. Yet when we push to the edges of our limits, our limits expand.

#12. Make time for yourself to get inspired, no one around you will ever be inspired unless you radiate that energy.

#13. Learn to eat healthy. Your diet affects your moods. Eat like a superstar.

#14. Talk less. Visualise, feel, and do more.

#15. Know your values, it is what you have highest on your values what determines what decision and choices you make. Integrity is more valuable than income.

#16. Model people you admire, love and who inspire you and you’ll find at the end of your life you lived an awesome one.

#17. Learn to love yourself. It’s the great rule for being loving with other people.

#18. When your dominant business focus is to deliver outrageous amounts of value to your customers every time they do business with you, they become fanatical followers who tell the world about what you do.

#19. Know the voice that is yours, the one that nurtures your soul and opens your heart.

#20. Diffuse conflicts. Real leaders have the guts to have the hard conversations and love to communicate transparently.

#21. Create the environment (your home, your office, the magazines you read etc.) that supports the levels of achievements you are seeking.

#22. Practice makes thing perfect. The quality of your practice affects the calibre of your performance.

#23. Daily review your goals and your plan how to achieve them. It is an exceptionally powerful way to breed unbeatable focus and drive.

#24. Measure your success via your influence and impact versus only by your income and net worth.

#25. To become successful, first learn how to be in the flow, feel happy, and live in the moment.

#26. My clients who also invest in a personal trainer and get themselves ultra-fit they end up automatically lift every other area of their life.

#27. Believe in You. Self-belief is so incredibly important. Because if you don’t believe you can achieve a vision/goal, then you won’t even start to do the work needed to achieve that vision/goal.

#28. Eliminate doubt. Our biggest enemy is our own self-doubt. We really can achieve extraordinary things in our lives. But we sabotage our greatness because of our fear. Learn to trust the intelligence that is in every part of your being.

#29. Spend time every day to learn something new about you, your industry, and the market you may be trying to reach.

#30.Spend time in nature, learn to be one with nature, and appreciate nature.
