Hi there, fellow growth seeker and change-maker!

Thirty-two years ago, following the atrocities of the civil, miraculously, my life was saved, and I find myself homeless on the streets of London. If someone told me back then that I would go on and accomplish all I have done since then, I would have never believed them.

But here I am, at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, receiving the World Recognized Quilly® Award for hitting eight Amazon Best-Seller lists for The Unfakeable Code® must-read book guaranteed to inspire you to ditch the average persona and be an authentic leader. But don’t take my word for it. The award is presented to authors for being named to a nationally recognized bestseller list. I now join Peter Diamandis, Tom Hopkins and Mark Victor Hansen as a Quilly® Award recipients.

Trust me; it’s not my good looks or charming personality. My life commitment and unshakeable belief are that I am called to in the world. Hopefully, I will bestow upon as many of you as I can what has helped me heal, grow, and accomplish my wildest dreams.

More than ever, achieving personal and spiritual growth and unleashing your most significant potential is on everyone’s agenda. Regardless of what goal you want to achieve or what results you want to create, you need credibility, investment, and authority to make it happen.

No matter whom I coach, high achievers, leaders, business owners, celebrities, or CEOs of fortune 500 organizations, one thing they all have in common with any of you growth seekers is they too want to fulfil their ever-evolving voids, and ambitions, earn more, be excellent at what they do, make a significant difference, and enjoy the fruits of their success.

Before I share more, let me thank you for choosing to be part of the tribe that loves to Unfakeably Influence The World. I trust my previous LinkedIn newsletter topic, The Secrets to Achieving Wealth Breakthroughs, was valuable for you and your family, relationship, entrepreneurial, career, business, and financial success.

Having an incredible view over Beverly Hills is an excellent reminder of how continuous investment in my personal and professional growth and growing my authority, influence, and credibility gave me the ability to live a life of abundance, freedom, and recognition.

But not all people know how to achieve life-changing breakthroughs, and that’s why so many people remain stuck in poverty and limited mindset. I wrote The Unfakeable Code® multi-award winning book to show you how to transform the disempowered part of yourself that makes you give in to the transient “scarcity and biased persona” and let doubts, fears, uncertainty, and judgments control your choices in life.

On the 27th of September, I received the Quilly Award® in Hollywood, California, for my book hitting eight bestseller lists and being acknowledged as a world-renowned author and personal and professional development authority amongst other famous global experts.

In this book, I elaborate on my five-step formula for successfully breaking through the mental and emotional obstacles that, if not addressed, can lead to greater physical exhaustion, procrastination, and stress. You will learn how to handle judgment and rejections better and successfully recognize repeated patterns that keep you feeling stuck and what you can do about it.

This book has plenty of actionable advice for anyone to implement who wishes to establish themselves as an “authentic leader and go-to expert” in their field. An authentic life involves establishing core values and combining personal, relationship, spiritual, and professional development. Achieving “unfakeable” status takes sacrifice and continuously growing and overcoming challenges. There are eight life cycles you will continuously face, each of which comes with challenges. I wrote A Path to Excellence book to share the Octagon of Excellence Method you can use to grow into your fullest possible potential.

At The Quilly Awards®, as an executive producer of The Truth About Reading documentary, I had the occasion to network with John Corcoran, the founder of the John Corcoran Foundation , which aims to change the conversation around literacy by highlighting illiteracy, sub-literacy, and learning disabilities es, including dyslexia. Furthermore, fought up with Thomas Kenny (speaker and veteran), and Chriss Voss, an American former FBI hostage negotiator who later became an entrepreneur, speaker and author. Voss is best known for his instant classic ‘Never Split the Difference: Negotiating As If Your Life Depended On It. Nick Nanton (many times Emmy Award-winning director), and many more guests of honour. I loved networking and sharing ideas and working with some of the greatest minds in business, with entrepreneurs, leaders, writers from all over the world and other like-minded individuals.

The National Academy of Best-Selling Authors founded the Quilly Awards® to commemorate the author’s achievements. It entails being awarded a 14-inch gold statue by the same craftsmen who sculpted the Oscars and Emmy Awards. The 2022 Annual ThoughtLeader® Summit and the EXPY & Quilly® Awards took place at the Beverly Hilton, located in Hollywood and a short car ride to the Walk of Fame, this being the location where presidents and celebrities have frequently visited. The event consisted of the Best-Sellers Reception, ThoughtLeader® Summit & PowerTalk Presentations, the award ceremony, photo shootings, interviews and many more.
