Thirty-two years ago, following the atrocities of the civil, miraculously, my life was saved, and I find myself homeless on the streets of London. If someone told me back then that I would go on and accomplish all I have done since then, I would have never believed them.

But here I am, at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, receiving the World Recognized Quilly® Award for hitting eight Amazon Best-Seller lists for The Unfakeable Code® must-read book guaranteed to inspire you to ditch the average persona and be an authentic leader. But don’t take my word for it. The award is presented to authors for being named to a nationally recognized bestseller list. Trust me; it’s not my good looks or charming personality. My life commitment and unshakeable belief are that I am called to in the world. Hopefully, I will bestow upon as many of you as I can what has helped me heal, grow, and accomplish my wildest dreams.

Having an incredible view over Beverly Hills is an excellent reminder of how continuous investment in my personal and professional growth and growing my authority, influence, and credibility gave me the ability to live a life of abundance, freedom, and recognition.

But not all people know how to achieve life-changing breakthroughs, and that’s why so many people remain stuck in poverty and limited mindset. Conclusion

You are reading this blog because, like most business owners, you want to achieve a state of flow for your business. In other words, you want to be highly productive and engaged with your work. But you can’t do this if there are processes and systems in your business that are outdated or inefficient, if someone on your team isn’t engaged in their job or doesn’t seem happy with the work they do, or if there are places where manual processes take up too much time.

Before I share more, let me thank you for beign a valued subscriber and reading my blog. I trust my previous articles inspired you to take one positive action that makes you a more authentic individual, partner, business owner or leader in your field of expertise.

Do you have a business growing about 5% annually, and would you like to extend it faster?

If you answered yes, you’re in the right place at the right time. This article’s topic is for business owners who want to grow their businesses faster by unleashing the power of flow in their lives and businesses. It is written specifically for those with a company growing about 5% to 50% annually or less and who want to grow more and expand faster.

Do you have an employee who doesn’t seem engaged in their work?

If so, there are three things you need to consider:

• Why is it important to have engaged employees?
• Whom can I hire that can turn an employee’s mindset around?
• What short, medium and long-term business benefits coaching and training employees can help you achieve?

An engaged employee will likely be valuable to your company and help drive business growth. However, disengaged employees are more than just a drag on productivity—they can also negatively affect morale and cause other problems within the workplace. Their negativity can quickly spread amongst other employees, and your company culture becomes toxic before you know it. To ensure that all of your workers are engaged in their jobs, here’s what you need to know:

• What makes your employers tick and go beyond and above the duties written in their job description
• What sits at the root cause of employee unhappiness

Are there systems in your business that are outdated or inefficient?

You must be aware of the importance of systems in your business. These are the foundation on which your entire organisation is built, and if they’re not fit for purpose or outdated, they could cost you millions of dollars every year.

Systems that are not automated are not only inefficient but also hard to scale. They require manual employee intervention, bogging down productivity and adding unnecessary costs to your bottom line. Systems that aren’t integrated with other systems across departments can cause friction between teams because of a lack of communication or collaboration between them—and this could lead to errors and mistakes that further dent efficiency and productivity levels within an organisation as a whole.

Additionally, systems that aren’t scalable can become costly over time because they cannot increase capacity when demand increases (for example, an understaffed call centre). Systems that aren’t secure can leave sensitive data exposed to hackers looking for ways into a company’s network infrastructure so they can steal sensitive information like credit card numbers or private customer details; this is especially important now, given the rise in cyber-attacks making headlines around the world lately!

Are there places where manual processes are taking up too much of your time or your employees’ time?

The CEO of a start-up company approached me on LinkedIn and asked me if I had any advice to help him grow his company’s turnover to a million and then to ten million and above. I responded by saying it is a disservice to me to give such advice without knowing the ins and outs of his business and advised him to stay away from people who do. Truthfully, I expected not to hear from him, but to my surprise, he said: Tony, you are right; how about I book you for a day of business coaching, and we can discuss the next steps afterwards.

Fast forward, having spent the entire day in his business, I helped him identify over one hundred manual tasks and processes that can be automated. This exercise on its own reduced the mundane tasks different teams were doing and freed up valuable employee time that we redirected to other high-priority profit-generating tasks. We are on year two of my “Reboot Your Business” Coaching Program, and so far, as his coaching partner, I’ve helped my client triple his business by creating a business flow state.

So, make sure you invest time and resources to do a business flow test, process and task MOT regularly; your business can grow when you use your and employees’ time efficiently.

The next question you may want to ponder with is:

Are you consistently generating new leads for your business?

How to become oversubscribed and have a constant flow of leads is something every entrepreneur, solopreneur, and business of all sizes wants. To grow your business and generate more leads, it’s wise to focus on nurturing existing and bringing in new customers. If you are already successfully doing this and are yielding excellent results, keep it up! But if you’re not sure how to get started, here are eight things that can help:

• Consider delegating this to a lead generation service with an excellent track record.
• In-house implementation of marketing automation tools (like lead generation).
• Website optimisation for search engine optimisation (SEO) and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
• Do your email marketing or hire someone who can do that for you.
• Do targeted social media marketing.
• Share your expertise on T.V., Radio, and Podcast interviews.
• Consider writing a book.
• Hire a coach.

If you want to optimise the performance of your website and drive more traffic through SEO, CRO, and other digital strategies like content marketing or social media ads—but aren’t sure where to start—a professional SEO agency may be able to help.

Be warned,

There are thousands of people offering the above services; before you choose one, do your due diligence. Last year, in good faith, I appointed Cory Michael Sanchez, the founder of Mojo Global, to do my lead generation. After three months of experiencing issue after issue and not delivering on the promise of at least ten prequalified leads a week, I decided to stop.

From the outset, the deal was that if they didn’t deliver on a minimum of ten leads a week, they would refund 100% of the money. In the first month, hundreds of issues raised the first alarm bell. They delivered just one lead and were promised to provide the rest in months two and three. In the second month, they had only three tips, and in the third month, only one. None of the five people they booked was leads; they were opportunist calls asking for investment, and none even thought of investing in coaching.

The moral of the story, choose wisely what lead generation service would get you the results you want for your business. Over the years, I have built a seven-figure coaching and training business not with sophisticated automation but by authentically sharing knowledge that took me over thirty years to acquire in all of my books, rewarding clients and people who do referrals, and sharing life and business transforming insights on T.V., Radio and Podcast interviews. Some of the best clients came from reading my social media posts, watching my YouTube videos, and personally connecting and answering their questions.

Another question to ponder is this…

How would you rate your mindset regarding your business and the people who work in it?

Your mindset affects your emotions and actions, affecting your behaviour and results. Your mindset is a choice you make every day. When you develop the growth mindset for achieving business success, it will help you achieve more than ever before.

Suppose you are experiencing difficulty or challenge in your business or personal life. In that case, this could be because of an unproductive or negative mindset holding back your potential for growth and success.

Here are some tips to help improve your current mindset:

• Know the difference between fixed and growth mindset. A Path to Wisdom book offers some great exercises you can do daily.
• Identify what are your default responses when you get challenged.
• Read at least one hour a day on a subject that inspires you

Another way to improve flow in your company is to ask the following question regularly:

Does everyone in your company know your core values and how they translate into their day-to-day jobs?

Core values are the foundation of your company. They’re what make it unique, and they’re why people stay with you long-term. Core values also make your company attractive to prospective employees and partners, so everyone in the organisation must know them inside out.

You can’t just have a document somewhere; they need to be ingrained in everything you do as an organisation. That way, when someone is considering working with or buying from you, they know what they’re getting into—and why they should choose you over other companies with similar offerings (but different core values).

After assisting a business owner in clarifying his core personal, business, and employee values and aligning them with their day-to-day jobs, his company achieved ten times more growth than any previous years.

Did you answer these questions and get a mixed bag of yeses and nos?

Maybe some of the answers weren’t what you expected. If so, don’t worry! This is just a simple test to see where your focus should be to achieve optimal flow for your business.

If you answered yes to most of these questions, then you’re on the right track. That means you know what creates value in your business and what can make it more productive, profitable and sustainable over time. But if most of them were noes instead…then it might be time for some changes!

The five-step method of The Unfakeable Code® can help you find a flow state for your business to generate more revenue, have authentic employees, and get more done.

The state of flow is a great way to get more done, have authentic leaders and employees, and generate more revenue for your business.

But what is flow?

Flow is a state of consciousness in which you are entirely immersed in an activity for such prolonged periods that you lose track of time and self-consciousness. In other words, when people are in the flow state, they fully engage in their work or activities while focusing on the task.

When someone enters into this state, they become so absorbed by their actions that they get lost in what they’re doing; this often results from matching one’s skills with challenges beyond them—it can be more complex than it appears but still possible if approached correctly. The result? You’ll perform at your highest potential!

By learning how to harness the power behind flow states now instead of later down the line — after investing money into training programs — companies will boost productivity by improving workers’ problem-solving abilities and creativity levels, thus increasing overall success rates across multiple industries worldwide.

Conclusion

When you think about the word flow, what comes to mind? If you said something like “a state of being that is full of energy and enthusiasm,” you’re on the right track.

Flow is about being in the moment and having a growth and inspiring mindset around your business. Finding this state can be very beneficial for growth because your employees will become more engaged with their work and do it better, leading to higher productivity and performance levels. You may also generate new leads more easily because these folks tend to be more receptive when they feel good about themselves at work!

The 12 Must-Know Principles of Manifesting and Multiplying Wealth

Today, I felt called to write about Manifesting and Multiplying Wealth. Why? Because no matter where I go, whom I speak to, or whom I coach and consult, one of the main things people and businesses want more is money.

Here are some questions to ponder with…

Have you ever wondered what your life would be if you never had to worry about money? Why is it that some people attract money easily and others don’t? What is it about you or the business that holds you back from tapping into the energy of money? Why is it that everyone is interested in being wealthy, but not everyone is rich?

Thirty years ago, the same questions inspired me to learn the secrets to building Wealth, which I now love to teach clients from all professional backgrounds and businesses from all market sectors. On this journey of going from homeless to becoming financially independent, I realised that the principles of manifesting and multiplying Wealth are simple, but they require hard work. They’re the same principles that anyone can apply to succeed in many areas of life, including building a business, career, or finding love. So once you know them, it’s up to you to follow them consistently. The key: start small, take daily actions, and make sure you have plenty of fun along the way.

Principles #1 – Money is energy..

It’s a tool, a form of energy that you can use to achieve your goals. Money is not the goal; it’s simply a means to an end. But if you don’t understand this basic principle, you’ll never be able to manifest wealth in your life or multiply it effectively.

If money were something physical like gold or oil, nobody would ever have a problem with it or have difficulty understanding how it works because such material things have been around for thousands of years and can be easily observed by anyone who looks at them (and even those who don’t). Unfortunately for us humans living in modern times, money has become abstracted from its original form as something tangible—such as gold—to become simply an idea: “money” and nothing more!

Principles #2 – There is no such thing as a “money person” or a “poor person”.

There is no such thing as a “money person” or a “poor person”. We all have the same 24 hours in a day, the same amount of energy and time to work with, and we all are on this planet together!

All human beings are created equal, so the question then becomes, why do some people seem to be more productive than others? Why do some people live their lives comfortably while others struggle to get by? It’s simple: they understand how to effectively use their time by following principles that lead them to success.

Principles #3 – You are not your thoughts.

In The Unfakeable Code® book, you will learn to move beyond a biased and thought-based reality. This is the first step towards creating Wealth because it allows you to see yourself as more than just a collection of experiences, memories, and thoughts. It’s also vital that you understand this fundamental principle because most people tend to identify themselves based on what they think about themselves—and this means that many of us don’t know who we are!

Principles #4 – We all have a mind, we all have thoughts, we all think.

The Universal Law of Reciprocation states that whatever you put into the world will come back to you.

When you think about it, this makes perfect sense. We are energy beings, and thoughts are energy. So when we have a thought, it becomes energy that creates reality. Thoughts create your life and the things around you—the events of your life, what happens to you, how people treat you (or don’t treat you), and the resources or opportunities that appear in front of you—all based on what is inside of your mind at any given moment.

We tend not to realise just how powerful our minds are because most of us weren’t taught how they work as children; in fact, many adults don’t fully understand how their minds work either!

Principles #5 – We are influential creators, and our thoughts create our reality.

Your thoughts are energy. Your thoughts create your reality. You are a powerful creator with the ability to create anything you want at this moment.

Your thoughts are energy, and they create your reality, so you must think positive and helpful thoughts instead of harmful ones. If you want to succeed at manifesting Wealth in your life, you must focus on positive goals instead of adverse outcomes like “I don’t want to be poor anymore!” or “I want more money!” A better way of thinking would be “I am thankful for making a five-figures per month,” or “I am very grateful for all the abundance I have right now.”

As a specialist in personal development and maximising human potential, I work with clients who know the value of what my integrated coaching does for them, and sometimes I get approached by clients who want to work with me but feel they can’t afford it. My answer to them is always the same, if your heart wants it, your mind will find a way to make it affordable.

So many people whom I have told this to within months booked themselves in one of my coaching or Vital Planning for Wealth Building programs. The truth is, you can do anything if you value it and put your mind to it! Your goals don’t need to take years or decades (though some might!). It’s all about intentionality—if something is important enough for us as individuals, we will find ways within ourselves, such as resources available through others who may help bring those ideas into fruition faster than before because everyone knows someone else. Who works somewhere else etc…

Principles #6 – Your inner money game is driving your outer money game.

Your outer money game is a direct reflection of your inner money game. In other words, what you think and believe about money is the foundation of how much money you will make in life. This concept applies to all areas of your life, including relationships, health, career, business, and financial Wealth.

To take action on my inner-outer paradigm shift, in 2008, I started making daily affirmations that I was worth a lot more than what I was earning with back then-employer; that I deserved more (more time off during the week and more flexibility with my schedule); that great opportunities were waiting for me out there if only I would pursue them; that there were many more people who would pay me what my hard work and the value I was giving is worth—if only I could find them!

The results started showing up almost immediately: First off, changing my mindset about who I am and what I deserve in this world (and sharing these new beliefs with others in my first book, A Path to Wisdom) gave me confidence which led me to actions such as reaching out directly via LinkedIn and other social instead of relying on networking events or referrals from friends/family members which resulted in two additional clients within weeks following our first conversation!

Principles #7 – Success is the opposite of fear.

The opposite of success is fear. This is a fundamental truth. You can get so much further in your life when you are operating from a place of confidence, courage and boldness rather than insecurity, anxiety or doubt. If not careful, fear can hold us back from being whom we want to be, doing what we want to do, and having the relationships that make us happy. To manifest Wealth in your life, you must understand this principle’s importance!

Principles #8 – People are afraid that they will succeed at their goals because they associate success with loss, guilt and shame.

The first thing to understand is that success is the opposite of fear. The idea that you have to give up something to gain something else is a lie. You already have everything you need—everything that has ever been or ever will be, is already within you.

In the Unfakeable Code® book, I share more about how the success created by the authentic you is also the opposite of scarcity and poverty mentality. Focusing on lack and limitation manifests in your life because it’s what you expect from yourself and others. But when you put your attention on abundance and prosperity, this becomes a reality because it matches the vibration inside of us all.

You may be thinking: “But I don’t want more than I currently have! I am happy with what I have now! Why would anyone want more? This doesn’t make sense! How do we help people who don’t know how much good they deserve.”

Here’s why: Plenty of people out there believe they deserve nothing good… That’s why!! They think their lives are wrong or unfair… And we can change those beliefs into positive ones when they hear our stories about our own experiences with manifesting Wealth beyond our wildest imaginations (which often includes losing friends). We must show them real examples to see how easy this process is!

Principles #9 – Every time you make £100,000 in a year, you lose 10 to 20 people who were in your life for that amount of time.

The Law of Attraction says that like attracts like. This means that people who are attracted to you when you have money will also be attracted to you when you have none, or even less than none.

This happens simply because the people who are not interested in your money and success will not be around for long.

Every time a person makes £100,000 in a year, they lose 10-20 people from their lives because these people were only there while they had money (or some other thing).

Principles #10 – Your mindset determines everything about you and your life.

Your mindset is a filter through which you see the world, and it determines everything about you and your life.

Your mindset determines what you see, what you don’t see and feel, and what you don’t judge. Your attitude determines what actions you take in the world and those that escape your notice. Your mindset makes all other decisions for us daily because it influences our thoughts, feelings, actions, choices and words in every way possible—and therefore, our results in life are determined by these same things. You can read more about this in a chapter about money in my book A Path to Wisdom, where I give plenty of examples of fixed and growth mindsets.

Principles #11 – You attract what you are.

The first principle of manifesting Wealth is that you attract what you are. This principle seems simple, but most people don’t fully understand it. Thousands of clients who have benefited from my integrated coaching have done so because of doing the work and working on the methods. The principles I teach change their vibrational frequency from one of scarcity to one of abundance. Let’s look at how this works:

You attract what you think about—positive or negative.

• You attract what you feel—whether positive or negative emotions, especially if it’s fear or anger. If someone gets angry at another person and then figures out how to get even with them later by plotting some revenge (for example), then that person has attracted more bad things into their life because they have put out the energy of anger and revenge into the universe as well as thinking about it over time! That person has also attracted more drama into their lives as well because they’ve created an enemy who could potentially retaliate against them negatively in some way later on down the road if they weren’t careful enough not to let anyone know who was responsible for causing so much trouble before now.”
• Saying to yourself, “I am enough”, — is one of the greatest mistakes I see people making. This is again fear-based thinking, fuelled by doubts and limiting the divinity of your infinity. You are born infinitely divine, and as such, your wants and needs are not fixed; they evolve. A wise thing to invest in a coach and mentor who can catch those limiting beliefs and help you be all you are destined to be.

Principles #12 – It’s up to us to focus on abundance rather than scarcity to create Wealth in our lives

If you want to manifest Wealth, it’s up to you to focus on abundance rather than scarcity. This is not easy and takes practice, but we can do it.

When clients book a consultation to unblock their money manifesting abilities, the first step is to assist them in changing their mindset by changing the language they use about Money and Wealth. Some great examples I can share are clients saying, “I don’t have enough money,” “I can’t afford it,” and “Money is evil.” This kind of language implies something is missing from your life; say instead, “I am wealthy,” “What can I do to make it affordable,” and “Money is energy,” Use this same language when referring to other areas of life as well (e.g., “I’m so happy!” instead of “I’m so sad”).

We can also change our mindset by changing our thoughts surrounding Wealth—and where it comes from—to reflect happier ideas instead of fearful ones like fear-based beliefs such as:

Money is scarce; there isn’t enough for everyone who needs or wants it; I must work harder than anyone else so that I deserve more than someone else does; only certain people deserve material possessions such as houses and cars

Conclusion

We’ve covered much important information in this blog post, but hopefully, you’re starting to feel more empowered and capable of creating the money and the life you want. Through years of experience and working as a coach, mentor, and trainer, I tend to find that the majority who come to me to break through their money problem have damaging unconscious attitudes and beliefs about money. Money problems arise because people tend to be unorganised, unmotivated, or lack the intense desire and will to do whatever it takes to achieve supreme Wealth.

Achieving the Wealth you desire can be surprisingly easy; just like everything else you have in your life, initially, you had the desire, then made some plan, and finally, you went ahead and too active. By taking action and following these principles, you can get out of your rut and start living up to your full wealth-building potential. It might even be that you already have some ideas for how to apply these principles in your own life. If so, I encourage you to start doing it right away! The sooner you take action on what these principles are saying to do—and the more consistently, faithfully, and effectively you follow them—the quicker you’ll see results.

I see the rewards of the principles shared every day. I work less nowadays, have more free time and earn a lot more money than my I.T. professional JOB (Just Over Broke) used to give me. And finally, remember that the beginning is most often the most challenging part. If you can survive the initial plunge towards success, you can prove that you can get there.
