At times of unprecedented uncertainty created by the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic, many of you are sitting at home wondering when will this all end? What is the prolonged impact on your life, and what will the future hold for you.

Here is the Good News!

As a human being, you are equipped with powerful tools. One is your ability to adapt, change, and find solutions to challenges presented to you. But, what most of you and companies struggle with is knowing how to apply those God-given abilities with integrity.

Why?

Because you can’t fake integrity! Building a reputation of integrity takes years, but it takes only a second to lose. With time passing by, people don’t remember your successes of failure, or what you did or did not do for them. They’ll remember you by how well you treated them and how you made them feel.

I often teach my clients; success comes and goes. Building a reputation of integrity is what changes, saves and transforms your life for better and forever. It is wise never to allow yourself to do anything that would damage your honesty, for it creates negative karma that destroys the results of all the hard work you may have put all your life.

Your dishonesty is what breaks partnerships that can transform your life, and damages all of your relationships, especially the one you have with your body, mind, heart and soul. The consequences of your lack of integrity are far-reaching. They will show up in your life as physical health problems, business failures, loneliness, rejection, lack of meaningful relationship, separation from the people who helped you get where you are, financial problems, relationship conflicts, and being seen as fake.

In the last few weeks, I have had an increase in clients booking Skype sessions looking to overcome fears, doubts, and clarify what it is they must do now to transform their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self. Many of them experienced emotional charges associated with the current crisis, conspiracy theories, and the loss of identity and income. Others were searching for ways to re-invent and better adapt their business in the new conditions and help them put in place a stage plan for when all of this will be over.

Most of these people who booked are confident, strongminded, and success-driven CEO’s of prominent corporations, business owners, professional people and entrepreneurs who put growth, wealth and integrity high on their priority of values.

But, as I started to question particular actions, choices and decisions they call came to acknowledge the lack of integrity within their values. It showed up in their way of being, doing, and thinking about the long term cost of not upholding their values.

Here are the top five behaviours I observe over and over in my clients, businesses I have consulted, and the people I meet daily that are guaranteed to damage your integrity and alter your long term achievements and success in life:

1. Telling lies to mask your insecurities, intentions, and toxic behaviours.
2. Crossing personal, professional and business boundaries and manipulating others to get what you want.
3. Going silent when you are not honouring your promises and contractual agreements.
4. Ignoring people’s messages, calls, and personal or professional responsibilities.
5. You talk the talk, but you don’t walk the walk.

Before sharing the five reasons on how integrity can transform your life, let’s look at what integrity means. Integrity stems from the Latin word ‘integer’ which means whole and complete. So integrity requires for you to develop an inner sense of ‘wholeness’ and consistency of character.

In my upcoming book “The Unfakeable Code” I share how people can visibly see your integrity through your actions, words, decisions, methods, and outcomes. When you are ‘whole’ and consistent, there is only one you show to the world. You bring that same you wherever you are, regardless of the circumstance.

You don’t put on a mask to feed your disempowered persona’s you may have developed since childhood. You don’t leave parts of yourself behind. You don’t have a ‘dating you’, a ‘family you,’ a ‘social you’ and a ‘work you.’ You are YOUR UNFAKEABLE AUTHENTIC YOU all the time.

Given the real definition of integrity, you may recognise that it is challenging to be in honesty 100% of the time. This is why so many of my clients have taken the stay at home opportunity to focus them on doing the inner work focused on mindset and spiritual transformation.

And here are five reasons why integrity can change, save and transform your business, personal and professional life.

1. Your masked personas can mess up all of your critical areas of life by justifying your actions and behaviours using the “I am honouring my values” excuse. But your true, unfakeable, and authentic being by default aspires to be in integrity with what you and others value. It makes every effort to communicate in other peoples values and create win-win-win situations for all concerned.
2. It is a scientific fact that emotions get the best of you, can cause physical, emotional and mental illness. You feel unable to manage your behaviours, actions intentionally, and don’t permit yourself to be your true self out of fear of what others may think. Being in integrity with yourself helps you master your emotions and truly ‘integrate’ the various parts of yourself into ONE, complete WHOLE person you show to the world.
3. No matter if you are someone working for a company, a solopreneur, business owner, or a leader of a country, people don’t collaborate, engage, or trust those who lack integrity. Showing up with integrity consistently at times of crisis and blessings will lead to being known as someone they can rely on, trust, and go to for advice, service or shoulder to lean on.
4. How others view, you can close many doors or open many opportunities. It’s one thing to ponder how you think you’re perceived, but quite another to know for sure. Talk to your spouse, friends, coach, manager, employees and network contacts outside of the company about what you don’t and do well. Make it a priority in daily living with integrity, and it is what people take into consideration how they view you. Do actions that restore broken relationships and trust.
5. Living with integrity improves your ability to live and lead authentically. How honest or accurate are your behaviours, activities, and words with other people that you interact or influence depend on your intentionality and thought? I consulted recently with a CEO who on our initial session told me how much he cares deeply about values. Yet on further questioning, he realised he is out of integrity because there is a lack of honesty and authenticity in how he behaves in his everyday life. While he said that he cares about his relationship, he communicates aggressively when challenged and spends very little time with his family. While he said he cares about teamwork, he doesn’t listen to others and gets defensive when challenged with different views. He kept preaching about creating a culture of love but publicly criticises and demeans employees he had no time or respect.

Integrity is about being the same regardless of the situation. If your mood changes by the day and make rash decisions on certain days, yet calm and engaging on other days, then you are inconsistent with your actions, values and outcomes.

To remain in integrity is a conscious choice that you are capable of making every single day, even when the situation or environment is not great. You will recognise a person with integrity no matter what the environment is, being with family, friends, church, or at a boardroom. You will observe the consistency in their behaviour, actions, and words.

Working on living a life with integrity not only develops your character and wholeness but also determines how successful you become in life. You can build your integrity through various means, such as reading, getting coached, listening to the counsel of others, going to personal and leadership development courses, and reflecting daily on what is. It is not working in all of the critical areas of life.
The more you live with integrity, the more you enrol others to be on the same journey, the more others are drawn to you, the more opportunities you attract, and the more you inspire others to be on the same route of a lifelong pursuit of ‘wholeness’ and ultimately, INTEGRITY.

I just spent five extraordinary days at the Amsterdam International Film Festival 2018 with directors, filmmakers, scriptwriters, actors, and distributors from around the world.

The festival itself was founded by Carl Tooney to give independent film and script authors an opportunity to showcase their work, network with peers and submit themselves in competition for international filmmaker awards.

The festival is held in different locations around the world including London, Nice, Madrid, Milan and Amsterdam. It is a place where you can “seize the day” as you immerse yourself in the experience of watching films and documentaries across many genres and styles. It is a place where you can also meet amazing people, forge great friendships, find people to collaborate with on future projects and if lucky be nominated for an award and walk away with a trophy.

The phrase Carpe Diem was first used by the Roman poet Horace to express the idea that one should enjoy life while one can. This is the attitude that my client and co-creator of Living My Illusion Documentary Series Joel Van der Molen and me had throughout the festival.

In between films and every evening we got to know many film directors, scriptwriters, and the entire team behind this festival including Ray Davies, the co-founder of Film Industry Network, a platform designed to share film advice.

As someone who loves to know people, I took the opportunity to interview few of the film directors, music writers, and the marketing director of the festival Steve Grossmith, who kindly shared a lot of useful tips that every attendee of the festival could benefit.

In an age where domestic violence, addictions, loneliness, and depression is on the increase, Living My Illusion E1 – The Truth Hurts was co-created to shine a light on the toxic effects of suppressing your inner truth has on your mental, emotional, familial, physical, business, and financial health. The feedback we got from the festival goers was encouraging, humbling, and inspiring.

The Q & A that followed after the screening of our documentary was a testament to the importance of creating this timely documentary. It offers a mirror from which millions of people who find themselves in difficult situations can self-reflect and address the lies they tell themselves and the impact they have on their leadership style, family life, and the way they show up in the world. Little did we know that we would walk away with a trophy, be acknowledged in front of hundreds of amazing film directors from around the world and be selected as one of the winners.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Carl and his team for organising such a wonderful event, to Adam Tinnion, Dan Hickford, Roy Abbots, Chelsey Baker, Mark Doree, Brad Blain, Neil McEwan, Paul Eyres, everyone who has supported us on this life-changing journey, all the people who attended this event and the judges who selected Living My Illusion – The Truth Hurts as the Winner in the Best Story Category of this prestigious Film Maker Award.

As someone who has helped thousands of people achieve a quantum leap in their personal, professional and business growth, I know that to be successful in business and every area in your life, it is essential for you to learn how to seize the day no matter what you do in life.

To help you unlock the opportunities that are presented to you in every moment in your life, I would like to share these three principles I teach my clients that you can use every day to help you take your business to the next level

Principle One: It’s not all about you

One of the problems I noticed in many of the filmmakers, scriptwriters and the great people I met at this event is that every time they engaged in a conversation with one another their focus was on them, their film, their work, and not on the person they were having a dialogue with. This way of communicating not only closes the doors that potentially your film may have created about you but also unintentionally you are creating the wrong image about you in other people’s mind. What you could do instead is to learn to communicate in a way that awakens the curiosity in others. After all, we all have a kid inside of us.

Principle Two: Give before you take

When engaging in a dialogue with an attitude of what I can get from you, the person you may be speaking to knows this. This way of speaking to people not only makes them disengaged, bored, and uninterested, but it also makes you look extremely egotistical. Instead, you can adopt an attitude of what I can help this person with. For instance, I noticed how Steve, the marketing director of the festival was interviewing so many people, but no one thought of interviewing him. I kindly asked him if he would like to be interviewed and share his wisdom with the hundreds of thousands of my facebook followers, some of whom happen to be in the film and documentary making industry. One of the great advice Steve shared with my audience is to “treat others as you would like to be treated.” It is what I refer as “A Winning Attitude” in my four times International #1 Amazon Best-selling Book A Path to Wisdom.

Principle Three: Know how to pitch

Many of the filmmakers and screenwriters I met consider themselves as artists and found it difficult to pitch their films. Whether you are a filmmaker, scriptwriter, distributor, event organiser, or a business owner, never underestimate the power of knowing how to pitch correctly. I see many people going to amazing events such as this one and walk away feeling disappointed, resentful and not getting what they want. Having successfully secured millions of pounds in business by using the power of the pitch, I started to teach all of my clients how to create a powerful pitch. Learning how to deliver a good pitch can close or open many doors, especially if you are a filmmaker seeking a distribution partner or an investor.

Remember, no matter where you are, whom you are with, and whatever you may find yourself doing you can train your awareness to be of service to others and seize the day.

As a kid, I knew I was different, I felt the pain, the judgment, and the loneliness and the abuse that my mother and other women endured. Ever since I wanted to do something about it, this feeling to help women globally followed me through my entire life, and it is what also inspired me to be who I am today and in my latest book write about a global problem we all share-loneliness.

In my latest book #Loneliness-The Virus of The Modern Age, I share about the extraordinary work that mother Theresa did around the world. I also share what is at the source of the chaos, the storms, and the segregation we experience worldwide in an era that is technologically advanced yet makes us extremly lonely in our hearts.

To address the global problems such as famine, inequality, job losses, war, climate change, sustainability, etc, I believe more conscious women are required in order for humanity to find the solutions to the global problems that are on the rise.

Women have an important role in building a more just, equal, and harmonious society, and in directing the course of the planet we all live, share, and call home.

My mother, together with my dad, fought for educating, empowering, and supporting my sisters to be free of religious and political dogmas that imprisoned women, treated them as non-equals, and enslaved them. Today, I continue to support their mission by carry this torch of light that my parent ignited in me.

So how did a homeless man who twenty-six years ago fled the atrocities of civil war, could not speak English, had no money, no family or friends to turn too ended up on a British Airways Business Class to San Diego, staying at Hard Rock Hotel in a King Suite room, being interviewed by legendary Brian Tracey, connect with Nick Nanton from Celebrity Branding You, and appear on ABC, NBC, Fox, and CBS discussing about my work, award-winning books, and real life coaching documentaries created in partnership with the founders of Vandercom, Joel Van der Molen and Timea Van der Molen. Some of you may be wondering how did I go about creating a concourse of wisdom which is helping people access, activate, and accelerate their human and business potential.

Others may be thinking how did I attract clients from all professions, sectors, and markets including Dr Emanuele Garbelli with whom we are on a mission to transform healthcare globally, Philip Carvil, a space physiology scientist on a mission to create product and services for safe travel to space, and Paul McMonagle on a mission to help people globally heal their OCD and support them on their journey to perfect health? Pretty impressive, wouldn’t you agree?

For many people what I just shared sounds mission impossible, but for me, like a phoenix, I chose to rise triumphantly from the ashes of my misery, loneliness, and emotional pain and become Human Behaviour expert known internationally as The See-Through Coach who loves inspiring others find solutions to global problems that mankind is facing now and in the not far distant future.

Looking back at my life, I now see with clarity how the pain, the adversities, and the isolation I experienced were what shaped me to daily strive to become a better person, to help others heal, and on this path to learn how both pain and pleasure in equal measure were what helped me focus, create and deliver a vision that is now making a Dent in the universe.

In 2009, my life took a very different turn, without much of a warning I was subjected to corporate backstabbing games that led me feeling stressed, emotionally weak, and destabilised my entire life. I was surprised to learn that I was far from alone on this journey; it seems that many people up and down the country faced redundancy and unfair dismissals that triggered various fears, mental and emotional health related issues, as well as stress-related problems in their personal, professional, and business life.

I started to isolate myself by avoiding seeing friends and family because I didn’t want them to know; I was ashamed, fearful, and became insecure of my worth I knew I had inside. Luckily, I am not one to dwell in this kind of state. I quickly began searching for solutions, I spent a great deal of time evaluating different online programs, I bought The Sylva Method, Hands of Light, Sedona Method, and started to attend talks, seminars and hired few healers and coaches to help me get out of this state.

Each time I passed through Piccadilly, Leicester-square, and Charing Cross Road I found myself in Waterstones, Watkins Spiritual bookshop, and Foyles. I bought and started to read two to four books a week. All of this helped a little, but I was still a long way from that light at the end of the tunnel. If losing the job I loved wasn’t bad enough, I also experienced a major breakdown and had identity crisis that lead me to give power to the voices of my injected values, beliefs, and the unmet expectations of others. Over the months that followed, I studied Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and became qualified Transformational Life Coach.

I then signed up to attend a nine-month entrepreneurial program called “How to become a Key Person of Influence (KPI).” During these nine months, I met so many entrepreneurs on a similar journey to me. I focused my time, energy and money to work with a coach, attend Dr John Demartini’s talks and seminars, and learn how to apply to my business the five simple steps of the KPI Method that Daniel Priestly, the founder of KPI, uses to help entrepreneurs become a key person of influence.

During this nine-month program I learned how to perfect my pitch, create coaching products full of value, built an international profile, create TJS Evolutionary Method, publish my unique IP, and partner up with others to take this unique work ad make a Dent in the universe by reaching, educating, healing, and touching the hearts of one billion people.

Within months of publishing my book A Path to Wisdom, it reached Amazon Number One Best-selling list in Personal Development Category ahead of many global teachers like Louise Hay, Anthony Robbins, and many other respected figures in the personal, professional, business and spiritual development industry. I just kept re-investing everything I was earning from my coaching clients, healing sessions, and business consulting in my personal, professional, and business development. Working with Dr John Demartini helped me clarify my vision, mission, and purpose and be paid my worth.

The more integrated I became inside, the more I started to attract the right clients, opportunities and partnerships to help me deliver the fruits that many of my clients were experiencing to a global audience. The more clients I coached, the more I activated my inner genius and the bigger my vision became. Supporting so many clients resolve their personal, professional and business problems as well as from personal experience I felt called to write about loneliness. A global problem that is not going away, but instead it is increasing exponentially through the power of the internet and social media.

The desire to help people breakthrough their loneliness, find solutions to their mental, physical, emotional related health problems as well as relationship, business, financial and self-love issues, is what inspired me to focus my time, energy, and money to create a powerful five-step method that when applied daily it helps them find the switch that activates their inner light, healing power and infinite wisdom of love. so that they can live more fulfilling, connected, and purposeful lives

1. Acknowledge Your Worth. What I mean by that is get clear on who you are, what is your credibility, and what value you do you have that the world needs.
2. Love the unlovable. Many of you reject things that are not loving to you, true master sees the balance in everything you experience, the good and the bad. Learn to see the other side of everything that you currently may perceive as unlovable.
3. Achieve inner equilibrium. Your physiology will thank you for balancing your skewed perception, the more balanced you feel within, the more you become in your outer world.
4. Results you want are your creation. Whatever the challenge may be, remember to get the results you want you must commit your time, love and energy. Make sure you know it is your responsibility to create the happiness you deserve.
5. A miracle is what you are by design, learn to activate, accelerate and advance this wisdom that is within you to create the miracles you desire in your life. Start by having a great conversation with your higher self. Go into the future, find the man you have become, and let him write a letter to your current self on how you went about in making a Dent in the universe.
